1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between kt999 ("Company", "we", "us") and users of the kt999.im website and associated applications ("Member", "you", "your"). kt999 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

Below are the definitions of key terms used throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• 1"Platform" refers to the kt999.im website and all associated mobile applications.
• 2"Services" refers to Sports Betting, casino games, Live Casino, e-sports, and all other gaming activities offered on the platform.
• 3"Account" refers to a personal profile registered on kt999.
• 4"Wallet" refers to the financial balance held in a member's kt999 account.
• 5"Bonus" refers to any free credits, free spins, or promotional benefits granted by kt999.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on kt999, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. Failure to comply with these requirements gives kt999 the right to terminate the account at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You must bet in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Members must provide the necessary identity verification documents whenever requested by kt999.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The financial transaction rules on kt999 are detailed below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• কThe minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• BThe minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• CWithdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• DWithdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed without completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• ঙThe deposit and withdrawal methods must match (if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be processed via bKash).
• চIf any bonus funds are attached to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kt999's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read and understand the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once.
• Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements (typically ranging from 3x to 10x).
• Bonuses have a limited validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation will result in immediate bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• kt999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on kt999. Every member is responsible for complying with these rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via live cash-out).
• kt999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• kt999 is not liable for any bets missed due to connectivity issues during live betting.
• Placing bets on a match is strictly prohibited if you have prior knowledge of any match manipulation.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that match will be given odds of 1.0 and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly.

In the event of any betting dispute, the decision of kt999 management shall be final. However, members may appeal through our dispute resolution process.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kt999 platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform's systems.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the kt999 name to defraud or deceive others.
• Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other members.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Kt999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• At the member's request (self-exclusion).
• As required by law or regulatory authorities.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Upon account termination, any legitimate balance in the wallet will be returned to the member, provided no Terms violation has occurred. However, bonus funds or winnings obtained through a breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

8. Privacy & Personal Data

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Members may request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

Kt999 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a source of problems. We are fully committed to responsible gaming.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Members may activate a cooling-off period (7, 30, or 90 days) at their own discretion whenever needed.
• The Self-Exclusion feature allows members to temporarily or permanently deactivate their own account.
• If a member appears to have a gaming problem, the kt999 support team will refer them to specialist organisations.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between kt999 and a member, resolution will be sought through the following process:

• 2If your issue is not resolved through support, you may submit a formal complaint. kt999 will provide a written response within 7 business days.
• 3If the matter remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from an independent dispute resolution body.

The governing law for dispute resolution will be that of the country where kt999 is licensed. However, members' consumer rights remain fully protected.

11. Changes & Amendments to Terms

Kt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.

• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If a member does not agree to the updated Terms, they may close their account.
• The latest version of these Terms is always available at kt999.im.
